Multimedia Sales Rep

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue potential and efficiently serve the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for increasing market penetration of Valpak Solutions. Success will come to those with a strong desire! 
Qualifications for Multi Media Sales: 
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills • Well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, MS Office, CRM, Mobile) • Ability to manage deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency • Understanding of digital media platforms 
Must be results oriented and have a record of success working in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment 
• Bachelors Degree preferred 
Experience in print and digital advertising sales preferred, but not required  • Strong analytical skills 
Must live in or around the greater Rochester area • Responsibilities for Multi-Media Sales • Prospect and develop new business via phone and email prospecting, face-to-face cold calling, and networking • Manage lead flow/prospecting through the use of a CRM system • Service and renew existing accounts • Identify key decision makers in our area and be able to develop marketing programs derived from Valpak’s product portfolio • Meet sales goals • Network in the local community as a Valpak Brand Ambassador • Keep abreast of business and industry trends.

Position Title:

Graphic Design Intern

Job Description:

Are you a college student looking for an opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in the marketing field? Interested in learning about direct mailing, advertising, and social media management? Valpak of Rochester may be just right for you! We are currently looking to add positive and professional college interns to our team. 

We are looking for organized, creative and responsible candidates with the ability to work as a team. Applicants must have a strong command of the English language as well as grammar, writing, and computer skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is also preferred. Familiarity with various social media channels is also required. Some web design learning opportunities (experience is beneficial but not required) and client website updates as needed.

Interns will be responsible for assisting with and developing creative concepts and strategies, and developing graphics for promotional materials. Some social media management support as needed.
